I find the video that explains the high price of consumerism very interesting because it makes us see that the intrinsic values ​​are those that really define us and those that we need to worry about, because in them is our true happiness; in what we are as people and not in material things because they probably make us feel happy for a moment, but it is not true happiness, because at the end of the day they make us feel even worse because our happiness depends on things that we probably don't have. So we spend our lives comparing ourselves with others and that tends to makes us feel anxious and depressed.
