Hello teacher! I just wanted to say that I found the videos about the consumerism extremely useful and also very interesting. Personally, I prefered the one that concerned the consequences of our current consumerism, explaining our urgent need to create a more sustainable planet. Also, while I was watching these videos I found another video regarding to advertising that was really helpful: "Types of Advertising Appeals & Great Examples of Top Brands Using Them" . Hey Teacher! I just finished watching the videos! I was really touched by the message in Iceland´s Christmas ad, did you know it was bad just because it was telling the truth? It really made me rethink my product choices and I even went to check my shampoo's label to see if it had palm oil. I really think the we should try to do something about it, we are not just slowly killing ourselves, but we are killing the world too with our actions. The video helps a lot to understand this and it make us be scared, in a good way, about our future if we don't change what we are doing.
